01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled in the heart of Duluth at 3330 Satellite Blvd, New Super Pho is a vibrant culinary hotspot that proudly serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Specializing in pho and other traditional Vietnamese rice plates, this restaurant offers a genuine taste of Asia that beckons both pho aficionados and newcomers alike.

Step inside New Super Pho and you’ll find a spacious dining area that leans into a cafeteria-style layout. While the atmosphere may feel casual and bustling — perfect for quick, satisfying meals — it truly lets the food take center stage. The open kitchen concept allows diners a glimpse into the lively preparation of each dish, adding a sense of authenticity and energy to the experience.

The star of the menu undoubtedly is their pho, which has earned praise for its rich, deeply flavored broth that warms the soul with every sip. Customers often highlight the generous portions of brisket and other meats, showcasing a commitment to quality and abundance. The noodles are cooked just right, harmonizing perfectly with the savory broth and fresh herbs to create a comforting bowl that feels like a heartfelt embrace. Beyond pho, the Vietnamese rice plates feature tender, flavorful proteins paired with perfectly steamed rice — an equally satisfying alternative for those craving variety.

Service here is described as efficient and well-suited for a spot designed for quick dining rather than an elaborate table service experience. Although some reviews mentioned slight delays or uneven attention, the swiftness of food delivery and friendly staff create a welcoming, no-fuss environment.

What truly stands out about New Super Pho is its ability to deliver exceptional Vietnamese flavors under high-volume conditions. Whether you visit during a busy lunch hour or the quieter late-night shift, the consistency and richness of the dishes remain impressive. It's a place where you can count on a steaming bowl of pho or a satisfying rice plate to nourish you — fast and flavorful every time.

For anyone craving authentic Vietnamese comfort food in Duluth, New Super Pho is a dependable and flavorful choice that feels warm, honest, and deeply satisfying.

Good is great. Can't complain. For the type of operations and volumes this place has in an open kitchen concept, their food is above and beyond. Very good pho. Very good Vietnamese rice plates. Service...was good. Don't expect good table service. This spot seems like a spot you go for quick service. Didnt have to wait long for our food. Atmosphere was fine. Huge dining room with cafeteria style seating. Its a bit loud though. Loud music. Loud chatter from alot of people. So dont come here if you're looking for a place to have a conversation.

Good portion. Broth is little bit on salty side but not bad at all. Will try different dish next time.

Gave New Super Pho a try one more time and I was blown away by how much better it is during the late hours! I received my food, appetizers and drinks within 5 minutes of ordering. The broth was really flavorful, meat cooked to perfection and the noodles were pretty good as well! The only downside once again was the service. Although they were way quicker this time around, all of my servers weren't the friendlest, they all seemed grumpy or tired. My table had asked for some of chili oil they have in some tables around the restaurant, and the server just laughed? He never came back to give us the chili oil. We ended up taking it from a vacant table. Although the restaurant is cozy with nice vibes, the air vents were dripping water down on me. I let a server know about the issue and she just brushed it off with a chuckle. Just a heads up! (Literally) With that being said I might come back again, but never during lunch hours again, night time seems like the way to go!! I just hope the vent situation is fixed next time I come by.

Overall the food was good. I ordered the brisket pho and was pleasantly surprised by how generous the portion of brisket was — definitely a plus, and the soup itself was satisfying. The main downside for me was the atmosphere and seating setup. If you’re seated on the right side, it feels very cafeteria-style, with long tables right next to each other. Because of this layout, utensils and condiments are shared between neighboring tables. The soup spoons are stacked in a brown box that you grab yourself, which raised some sanitation concerns for me. The sauces and napkins are also placed on a shared tray, so you have to ask the people next to you to pass them back and forth while eating, which felt inconvenient. One positive note is that they have a 3% discount if you pay in cash.

The Pho Bowl Blend is fantastic! Service was a little slow and a couple of folks who came in after us were served first. ( This was probably due to being seated in a different server's area.) But, the food is amazing and the presentation is beautiful. Will definitely be back!

My friend brought me here for my birthday. My first time having pho, I’ve been here 100xs since September lol. We come once a week. I get spicy broth, with dark meat chicken. The waiters aren’t inattentive their culture is just different. I love this place I recommend 100%

I haven't had a chance to dine in, but I've ordered takeout. I passed by the restaurant and decided to give a try. I've enjoyed their flavors, but I hope they'll offer Banh Canh with a thicker soup. I'll definitely be back!

I come here when I'm super hungry late at night, and when I need comfort food. So far the service has been great, I haven't had any food poisoning or anything unusual with my bowl. And even on the busiest nights the food comes out very quickly.
